Important Notice
If you encounter any of the following issues:

Your tracking information shows the package as delivered, but you have not received it; or

Your package contains missing or incorrect items,
please contact our customer service team within 7days of the delivery date so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Order Processing Times

Production Time: Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days.

Processing Time: It takes an additional 1 – 2 business days to prepare your order for shipment — this includes transferring it to our warehouse, labeling it with your name and address, and handing it off to the carrier.
Shipping Times

Within the USA: Estimated delivery is 7 – 15 days after the order is shipped.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery is typically 8–15 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note: Shipping times are based on when the order is dispatched, not when the order is placed.
Shipping Information
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If you do not see your shipping confirmation email within 1 business day after placing your order, please check your junk, spam, or promotions folders.
